The whole picture of your business, every month.
Your books shouldn't live with one person, your taxes with another, and your financial decisions somewhere in between. Anderson Tax Co. brings bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and year-round strategy together under one accountable team.
Tell us what you need. We'll recommend the right services and price. No sales call required.
S-Corp consultant · owner-only payroll · no bookkeeping
$1.2M coffee shop · 4 employees · books, payroll and tax
Flat rate. No hourly billing. No surprise invoice.
Two real examples. Your quote is built from your business, not a package.
Your bookkeeper knows your books.
Your tax preparer knows your taxes.
Who knows the whole picture?
Most small businesses don't have an accounting problem. They have a coordination problem.
Your bookkeeper records what already happened. Your tax preparer sees the numbers months later. Payroll runs somewhere else. And you're stuck in the middle trying to figure out whether you actually had a good month, what you'll owe in taxes, and whether the decisions you're making today will help or hurt you later.
When nobody owns the whole picture, things fall through the cracks.
Tax opportunities get missed. Decisions get made with incomplete information. April becomes a scramble. And your bank balance starts doing a job it was never designed to do: telling you whether your business is healthy.
We built Anderson Tax Co. differently.
Your books, taxes, payroll, and strategy work together, with one team responsible for seeing how every piece affects the others. So instead of wondering where you stand, you know.
We built the accounting firm we wished existed.
Not a bookkeeping company that stops at categorizing transactions. Not a tax preparer who first looks at your business in March. A year-round financial team that keeps the books current, plans before deadlines, prepares the returns, and helps you understand what the numbers actually mean.
One team owns the whole picture.
Your bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and planning aren't treated like unrelated services. The people working on your finances see how the pieces fit together.
Flat-rate pricing. No hourly billing.
Know what your service costs before you say yes. No running clock. No surprise invoices. No wondering whether asking a question will cost you another billable hour.
Plan before there's nothing left to change.
Good tax planning happens while you can still act. We look ahead throughout the year, not after December 31 has already made the decisions for you.
Audit-ready. Filing-ready.
Clean, current books make everything easier: better decisions, smoother filings, and far less scrambling when someone needs documentation.
Plain English. Real accountability.
You shouldn't need an accounting degree to understand your own business. We explain what matters, why it matters, and what we recommend doing next.

Get My Flat-Rate QuoteYou've probably outgrown your current setup if…
Your bookkeeper and tax preparer rarely, or never, talk to each other.
You don't know what you'll owe in taxes until your return is nearly finished.
Your bank balance is the closest thing you have to a financial dashboard.
You aren't completely sure whether you're paying yourself the right way.
You have reports, but they don't help you make decisions.
Tax planning usually happens after the year is already over.
Your books are technically "done," but you don't trust what they're telling you.
You're making enough money that guessing has become expensive.
Everything your finances need. One accountable team.
From monthly bookkeeping to year-round tax planning and filing, our services are designed to work together, not as disconnected handoffs. Choose the service you need now, or let us help you build the right combination for your business.
Business Tax Preparation & Strategy
Most firms prepare your return and tell you what happened. We help you make better tax decisions while there's still time to change the outcome.
Throughout the year we look at compensation, shareholder or partner basis, depreciation, estimated taxes, and planning opportunities, then prepare the return with the context that comes from actually knowing your business.

Clean books are only the beginning. Your bookkeeping should help you run the business and prepare you for what's coming at tax time.
Because the same team sees your books, payroll, and taxes, your numbers stay connected throughout the year, so fewer details have to be reconstructed later and your reports actually help you make decisions.

Your personal return deserves the same level of care we bring to your business.
Whether you're a W-2 employee, investor, landlord, or the person behind an S-Corp, we look beyond entering numbers and filing forms. The goal is a complete, accurate return, and a clearer understanding of the tax decisions that affect you.

The product isn't another financial report. It's knowing what the report means.
Know where you stand.
Know what's coming.

That's the whole picture.

"They straightened out my business faster than I could have imagined."
When I walked into AT&C my business financials were a disaster. I was in over my head. IRS trouble, workers comp issues, books completely wrecked by another accountant. The people at AT&C immediately went to work and straightened it out faster than I could have imagined. I didn't just get help with my problems. I gained valuable knowledge throughout the process. They have given me true peace of mind. Without a doubt, I am a Lifelong Customer.
"I've had several CPA firms. They never took the time to help me."
My books were a mess and my taxes were behind. The team at AT&C straightened out all my business and personal tax returns and handles all my books. I don't need to worry about any of it anymore. I've had several CPA firms and they never took the time to help me because I'm a small company. Can't say enough good things.
"Their analysis put us on a trajectory for retirement success."
Their thorough analysis has not only saved us money but has set us on a trajectory for retirement success. The level of dedication at Anderson Tax & Consulting is unmatched by anyone else we've worked with.

Five minutes from here to your actual price.
Not a range. Not "starting at." The real number for your business, every service line you want, priced before anyone calls you, because nobody should have to sit through a sales conversation to find out what bookkeeping costs.
Answer a few questions
Eight questions if your situation is simple, around twenty-five if it's complicated. Nobody answers all of them.
"I'm not sure" is a real answer on every one, and choosing it never costs you money.
See your price, itemised
Every service line priced on its own, with what's included and what isn't, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
No sales call. No "let's hop on a quick call to discuss pricing."
Change anything that looks wrong
Turn off a service you'd rather handle yourself. Tell us the transaction count looks high. We'll send a revised number, usually the same day.
Sign and start, in one place
Your engagement letter opens right there on the page. Not a PDF to print, sign, scan and email back. One signature starts everything.
Things we'll put in writing.
Not marketing language. These are commitments in your engagement letter, and they mean what they say.
Financials by the 15th.
Your monthly financials land by the 15th. If we miss it and the delay is ours, that month is free.
Reconciled in 90 days, or we keep going.
If your books need rescuing, they'll be reconciled to the penny within 90 days, or we keep working at no additional charge until they are.
Our mistake, our cost.
If we make an error on a return, we amend it at no charge and pay any penalties and interest that resulted from it.
Your records are yours.
If you ever leave, you get your complete accounting file, returns and documents back within 15 days, in a usable format. We don't hold files hostage.
Your price is your price.
Flat rate, agreed before we start. If we underestimated the work and your situation hasn't changed, that's our problem, not your invoice.
Renewal is a click, not a chase.
We prepare your renewal ahead of time and show you last year alongside it. Nothing renews without you confirming it.
When compliance isn't the question you actually have.
Some questions don't get answered by filing a return. How much should I pay myself. Should this be two entities or one. Can I afford the equipment this year or next. What does the bank need to see.
These are separate pieces of work with their own scope, and we'll tell you when one of them is worth doing. They're quoted individually. We don't sell advisory by the hour any more than we sell bookkeeping by the hour.
Reasonable Compensation Study
A documented, defensible basis for your officer salary. The IRS expects one. Most S-Corp owners don't have it.
The Owner's Tax Plan
A full look at entity structure, retirement, timing and compensation together. The decisions that are usually worth more than the return itself.
Multi-Entity Structure Review
More than one entity means allocation, basis and intercompany questions. Worth getting right once instead of every April.
Lender-Ready Financial Package
When a bank asks for statements, we prepare the whole package rather than handing you a P&L and wishing you luck.
Section 179 & Depreciation Planning
You bought equipment. There is almost always a better way to time and elect the deduction than the default.
Multi-State Nexus Review
Activity in more than one state. Getting registration and nexus right now is considerably cheaper than fixing it later.
Retirement Plan Design
At ten or more employees a 401(k) or SEP usually pays for itself in tax and retention. We'll model which one.
Books Rescue · 90 Day
Badly behind, not just a little behind. Reconciled to the penny in 90 days, or we keep working at no extra charge.
IRS Notice & Representation
A letter arrived. We read it, work out what it actually says, call the IRS, and handle the correspondence end to end.
Know what you'll pay before we start.
No hourly clock. No mystery invoice. No wondering whether asking a question just cost you another $150.
Flat rate, not hourly
Priced on the work and level of support your situation requires, agreed before anything begins.
Questions aren't billable
The clock isn't running every time you need to ask something. That's the point.
Renewal is painless
Prepared ahead of time, last year shown alongside, and nothing renews until you click to confirm it.
Cleanup priced upfront
If your books need catching up, you'll see that work and cost before ongoing service begins.
A few things business owners usually want to know.
Can you take over if my books are already a mess?
Yes. Clean books aren't a prerequisite for asking for help. We'll first determine what needs to be corrected or caught up and recommend the appropriate path before ongoing service begins.
Can I switch accountants or bookkeepers during the year?
In many cases, yes. We'll review where things currently stand and tell you what a transition would involve before you commit.
Do I have to use ATC for both bookkeeping and taxes?
No. Every service stands on its own and is priced on its own, and plenty of clients come to us for one thing. That said, our biggest advantage shows up when the pieces work together, so the quote will show you the combination we think makes the most sense. You decide what to keep.
Do you work with clients outside your home state?
We serve clients remotely across the United States, subject to any state-specific service or filing requirements.
Will I know what I'm paying before work starts?
Yes. Our services are flat-rate rather than hourly. You'll know the agreed price before we begin.
Will I have to talk to a different person every time I need something?
Our model is built around coordinated service rather than disconnected providers. The people handling your books, payroll and taxes are the same team, working from the same file.
What happens after I request a quote?
You answer a handful of questions: eight if your situation is simple, around twenty-five if it's complicated, and "I'm not sure" is a real answer on every one of them. Choosing it never raises your price.
Then you get an itemised quote: every service priced on its own, what's included, what isn't, and the total. If something looks wrong, there's a button to tell us so, and we send a revised version, usually the same day.
What happens when it's time to renew?
We prepare your renewal ahead of your anniversary and show you what you paid last year right beside it. You click once to confirm. Nothing renews silently, tax work never auto-charges, and if you don't respond we call you rather than guessing.
Do I have to sit through a sales call first?
No. You don't need to book a call to learn what we recommend or what it costs. If you want to talk to a person you can, but it's never a step you have to clear first.
